Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

We regret to advise that all programming at Blue Mountains Theatre until 31 July 2020 has been cancelled, due to coronavirus.

Is my show still on?

All performances at Blue Mountains Theatre have been cancelled for the period commencing 17th March through to 31st July 2020.

If an event you have booked is cancelled, you will be emailed or phoned as soon as possible. Please check your inbox (including junk mail/promotions folder) regularly.

Shows scheduled for 1st August and beyond are expected to proceed as planned, and ticket sales will be available via our website or box office phone.

Cancelled events and refunds

Ticketholders are entitled to a full refund or exchange for any events that are cancelled or significantly rescheduled, as per the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.

As a show of goodwill, Blue Mountains Theatre will also refund the $3.30 Booking fee.

Blue Mountains Theatre box office staff have now processed all affected ticketholders for performances up to the 31st July 2020:  

If you purchased tickets via credit card, your refund has been automatically processed.  We suggest that you check your bank statement to confirm that the transaction has been successful – if you are concerned for any reason, please feel free to contact our box office on 02 4723 5050 during our opening hours (see below).

All other patrons will have received a phone call and/or email regarding their refund.

Precautionary safety measures

We request that patrons refrain from visiting our box office in person, as we can process most refunds via email or over the phone.

We urge patrons and staff to practice good hygiene and to follow the advice or health authorities regarding isolation protocol.
