Blue mountains Concert Band & Mountains Youth Band will present a concert of “Screen Gems” at the Blue Mountains Theatre and Hub in Springwood on 19 November commencing at 7.30pm.
Screen Gems will transport you to the cinema & lounge room, with a program of memorable movie & television theme favourites, including James Bond, Star Trek, Hogan’s Heroes, Get Smart, Lord of the Rings & many more.
Enjoy the talents of Mountains Youth Band, fresh from their success at the State Band Championships as they join with Blue Mountains Concert Band to form a band of more than eighty instrumentalists, for a finale which will include a rendition of the stirring melodies from Pirates of the Caribbean.
Special guest artists will provide a change of pace with exquisite vocal, piano and guitar items.
