HOW TO BOOK TICKETS

Booking tickets is quick and easy!  There are three ways you can purchase your tickets:

Online
For bookings at any time, simple click on the BUY TICKETS button for the event you are interested in and follow the prompts.
You can choose exactly where you’d like to sit and you can choose to print your tickets at home or collect tickets from our Box Office.

Our Box Office hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm
Saturday 10am to 3pm
In addition One hour prior to performances

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION

Booking Fee
A one-off booking fee of $3.30 (for service and handling) applies per transaction; this is regardless of the number or value of items purchased.

Discounts
Where a CONCESSION ticket price is listed, and unless stated otherwise on the event information page, a concession ticket price will be offered to holders of the following cards: Centrelink-issued Pensioner Card, Veteran’s Affairs Pensioner Card, Full-time Student Card, Australian Government Health Care Card.
To claim a concession, please indicate when booking.  Concession ticket holders must have their concession card with them when attending a performance.
We accept Companion Card.  For wheelchair and access seating please book through our Box Office on 02 4723 5050.
Depending on the show presenter, GROUP, CHILD, FAMILY or other ticket prices may apply – check the show information page for details.
InSight Member Discount of 10% applies to select house performances and is available for purchases made through the Box Office only.  Click here for details about InSight Membership.

Cancellation Policy
There is no right to refund or exchange except as required by law, and/or as provided in the Industry Ticketing Code of Practice.

Blue Mountains Theatre is located in the township of Springwood, adjoining the Springwood Branch Library and adjacent to the historic Braemar Gallery.

GETTING HERE

By car, allow 30mins drive from Penrith, or 1hr 30mins from Sydney CBD.  From the west, allow 35mins from Leura/Katoomba or 1hr 15mins from Lithgow.
Blue Mountains Theatre is a 5-minute, level walk from Springwood train station (Blue Mountains Line).
Please note these times are a guide only and you are advised to check road and traffic conditions and/or train timetables on your date of travel.

PARKING

Free 4-hour and all-day parking is available at the facility carpark at the rear of the building (access via David Rd).

ACCESS

Blue Mountains Theatre is fully wheelchair accessible, including toilet facilities and a lift to all floors. We have a hearing loop in our theatre.

We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, except for scheduled performances.

DINING & BEVERAGES

While there is no onsite pre-performance dining, there is a range of dining establishments within a short stroll of the theatre – these include cafes, pubs, bistros, restaurants and takeaways.
For evening shows, our Foyer Bar is open from 1 hour prior to the performance offering refreshments including alcoholic beverages.
